Imprivia

Imprivia integrates a variety of marketing communication functions such as
e-store-web-to-print applications, punch-out-purchasing tools, digital asset management tools, online document management tools, prospect fulfillment/data collection sites, online application enrollment modules, marketing calendar tools, and sales dashboards-sales reporting tools.

Imprivia creates an environment wherein the user can access multiple marketing tools with one simple login (the login typically built as a “pass-through” through a company‘s intranet site). The site also supports newsrooms, blogs, bulletin boards, and can be self-administered by the company. The site is entitlement driven and carries credentials between applications.

E-store Module

Our e-store management system is multifunctional and flexible. The system can be set up in a variety of formats including a forms format (no photos) and a company store format (photos). The system is also capable of handling complicated entitlement challenges as it uses username and password security to restrict access to items based on company requirements. In addition, system features include but are not limited to: e-commerce capabilities including variable data inputs, online proofing, catalog and item segregation that supports multiple catalogs, credit card functionality, access to real time inventory levels and reports, max ordering quantities, budget tracking by cost center, individual or group, order confirmation, approver features to three levels, UPS tracking, and ordering of kits.

Punch-Out; Purchasing Module

Our e-store system supports a “punch-out”/purchasing module and can integrate with a number of applications including SAP and Oracle type systems. Punch-out abilities not only allow the system to integrate with customer operated ERP systems but also support order delivery to multiple vendors through our e-store application. This means a user could order stationery products through BFC, t-shirts through a premium vendor, and light bulbs in one shopping session. The system identifies the product by vendor and sends necessary order information. In addition, the purchasing module integrates with our inventory system and creates a seamless print production format and inventory management tool. User based permissions drive system access to ordering screens. Once orders are placed, the order information is placed in an order history repository and can be recalled at any time. In addition, placing an order in the system alerts the BFC warehouse staff that an item is on order. Low-stock reports acknowledge and archive the order.

Digital Asset Management Module

BFC offers a variety of new and proven technologies including digital asset management. BFC’s digital asset management tool is Media Beacon. MediaBeacon serves as a repository for customer supplied art files; these files include working files, collected files, graphics, logos, word documents and power point presentations. In addition, the system provides a variety of services such as file conversion, check-in and check-out capabilities, and image swapping all secured through the use of personalized logins, passwords, and entitlement features allowing users throughout organizations to have a centralized/dedicated point of entry.

Online Document Management Module

BFC has developed a client-specific online system capable of storing a virtually unlimited amount of information with the ability to recall that data in real-time. Eligible users can log on to the system and view an exact replication of previously generated and mailed documents. When a specific document is requested, the system instantly rebuilds the document as a PDF and allows the user to view, print or spool that document for another use or requirement. The system tracks each and every request and input so a solid history of all client communication is stored and maintained. The recall function is perfect for notices, invoices, delinquent letters, etc. and is proven to aid in customer service response times when utilized in a call center application. The system can be expanded to include a database of letter templates for single or multi-person original communications. Templates can be locked down so that all notices and communications follow stringent company protocols and a history of these communications is again recorded. For clients with large volume needs, a spooling feature has been added so that BFC can produce and mail or deliver these requests for communication on a broad basis. The system is easily integrated into existing CRM databases.

Prospect Fulfillment Module – Data Collection Site

Our prospect fulfillment module/data collection site supports the ability to manage specific customer data including name, address, phone, email address, date of service, etc. The application is primarily used in conjunction with customer retention programs within an integrated marketing campaign. As customer data is collected, system triggers activate customer touch programs at time intervals defined by our customers. These marketing materials include a recap of service, new product information, and service reminders. The system allows each branch to manage their own information while capitalizing on economies of scale offered through the system wide program when producing and mailing marketing materials.

Online Enrollment Module

BFC offers a web-based enrollment application designed to streamline any registration and enrollment process by eliminating the inefficiencies in a paper-based system while offering unparalleled accessibility. Our marketing communications calendar application allows network wide communication within a web-to-print setting. Entitlement based and administrator managed, this application supports a variety of elements including news and event highlights, scrolling information bars, marketing plan calendars with links to specific products and ordering information, and supports blogs.

Sales Dashboard-Sales Reporting Module

In tandem with our full-scale marketing portal, BFC also provides an opportunity for sales side statistics to be included and to be an active component in any web presentation. In a web environment, our system will create graphics, charts and listings visible to entitled users of any sales statistic or metric worthy of sharing. Graphs may detail office budgets, spends, production, leads, conversion rates, sale volumes, rankings, etc. Blogs, alerts and newsrooms are additional site features that offer customization, branding and site control.
